Head Shaker
Another walk this morning. This time it was a little earlier, a little longer and a little faster. Lots of people walking at 6am; including the Head Shaker. I've seen her before while driving, but this was the first time I have seen her while I walking. She walks with her elbows bent and fists aimed toward the sky. Her head shakes violently from side to side like she is trying to hit her ears on her shoulders. That is the way she walks the whole time. And she walks fast; the faster she walks the faster her head wobbles from shoulder to shoulder. It's very strange, and I try not to stare. I wonder if it's a medical condition or just a way of walking.
I'm serious about this losing 15 pounds thing. I've gotta do something. After a few more days, I hope to be jogging part of the 2 miles.
